THE FIRST CALL OF INTERVET WB IS NOW OPEN!

24th May 2020

The Intervet Western Balkans project gets to the heart of its activities with the official opening of the first call.

Thanks to it, 18 teachers and managers of VET schools from 6 Western Balkans countries will be selected to carry out a week of jobshadowing hosted by Da Vinci College, in Dordrecht.

Intervet WB aims at creating mobility opportunities for learning in the training centers of the Western Balkans both through student mobility for training internships, and by promoting the development of school staff skills for the future organization of similar projects.

During the 3-year duration of the project, a total of 54 jobshadowing experiences will be organized, reserved for teachers and managers of VET schools, at three European colleges of excellence: SEPR (in France), ROC Da Vinci College (in Holland) , MCAST – The Malta College of Arts, Science & Technology (in Malta).

We therefore inaugurate the opening of the first call of the project, which will give the opportunity to 18 teachers and managers of VET schools from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, the Republic of North Macedonia and Serbia to carry out a week of jobshadowing at Da Vinci College, the Netherlands.

Thanks to this experience, participants will be able to:

  • exchange practices and information on the respective vocational education and training systems, mutually improving their knowledge;
  • acquire more information on the integration of mobility in the curricula of a specific country and on work-based learning methodologies,
  • discuss the use of technology in teaching, entrepreneurial education and cross-cutting aspects such as the organization of school systems according to an entrepreneurial model.

The call is available here in the language of each of the Western Balkan countries and it closes on 28th June 2020.
