AN INTERVET WB PARTICIPANT PRESENTED THE PROJECT AT HER SCHOOL IN BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA

29th October 2021

A high school student, Amina Karic from Gracanica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, was a participant in a mobility to Wrocław, Poland as part of the Intervet Western Balkans project.

She recently gave a presentation of the Intervet WB project to her schoolmates and teachers at her school and invited them to apply for this mobility project and experience the unique journey, as she says, she experienced.

She left for her mobility experience together with high school students from seven cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina,  who had the chance to spend 4 weeks doing  internships at various companies in Wrocław. For all of them, the internship was a completely new and unique experience and for most of them their stay in Poland exceeded all expectations.

During their one-month stay in Poland, B&H high school students had the opportunity to get to know Wroclaw, the city laying on the Odra river, rich cultural and historical heritage, socialise with high school students from other EU countries, make new friends, improve communication in English, learn more about the internationalisation of mobility. As they said, these were the initial steps towards maturity and entering the world of adults.
